Vrindavan
Vrindavan is often considered as the city of love in India, situated on the banks of river Yamuna. As this city referred by this term because of the divine love and pastimes of Lord RadhaKrishna, which dates back approximately 5000 years ago.
A huge gathering of devotees of Lord RadhaKrishna visit the temples of Vrindavan to experience the divine pastimes and filled their heart with blissful connection with them. Moreover it is said that there are over 5000 temples in Vrindavan.
As per the ancient hindu Vedic scripture ‘Shreemad Bhagwat Mahapuran’ this is the place where Lord Krishna was performing Rasleela with gopis of Vrindavan. This place is also renowned for its beautiful festivals throughout the year, with Holi being the most joyful festival celebrated in Vrindavan.
1. Prem Mandir
- Prem Mandir is located in the heart of Vrindavan.

2. Banke Bihari Temple
- The Bank Bihari Temple is renowned for the diety Lord Krishna.
- The idol was discovered by the great devotee and saint named Swami Haridas.
- One of the unique identity of this temple is that the curtains of the temple is not opened for the prolonged time, as the beliefs says the lord is so merciful that he runs behind the devotees if staring for long time.
- The atmosphere is so vibrant in the hindu festivals like Shree Krishna Janmashtami, Shree Radhastami etc.
3. Yamuna River
- Yamuna river is considered a holy river in Hindu Religion.
- It is considered among the 7 major rivers in India.
- This river is worshipped during the era of Lord Krishna’s pastimes.
- From the beliefs Lord Krishna and Shree Radha used to play in this Yamuna River.
4. Vaishnodevi Temple
- Vaishno Devi Temple situated at the entrance of the holy land of Vrindavan Dham.
- The temple has many beautiful attractions of caves , the journey of temple constructions and fountains.
- There is a belief that the devotees first worshipped the Maa Vaishno Devi before entering to Vrindavan Dham
5. Shree Radha Madan Mohan Ji Temple
- Madan Mohan Temple is one of the oldest temple in Vrindavan Dham.
- The temple has the main diety as Madan Mohan the form of Lord Krishna and Shree Radha Rani with him.
- It is located at the banks of Yamuna River.
- It is near to the most famous Bank Bihari Temple.
